SB 458 Signed Into Law

Great news! Gov. Jerry Brown signed SB 458, which extends the protections of SB 931, to ensure that any lender that agrees to a short sale must accept the agreed upon short sale payment as payment in full of the outstanding balance of all loans.   As always, we urge you to seek a legal advisor (attorney) and financial advisor (CPA).

Behind the Headlines

Each week, the California Association of Realtors (CAR) post some good articles on their website to help us all make sense of the stories we hear and read regarding the real estate market and mortgage lending.

We find these articles helpful and would like to share them with you on a regular basis. Please let us know what you think.
